The brief
Taylor & Sons Building Contractors is a North East building firm that needed a credible, content-rich website — including somewhere to post news and updates and keep customers in the loop.
The brief: a modern, professional site that builds trust, ranks locally, and is easy to keep fresh without a developer.
The challenge
Building contractors win work on trust and track record, and a static, rarely-updated website does little to build either. Taylor & Sons needed more than a brochure — a site that showed the breadth of their work, reassured prospective customers, and could carry regular updates and news to show a firm that’s active and current.
The previous setup made none of that easy, and left the business under-represented online for the local searches that matter.
What we built
We built Taylor & Sons a fast, modern site on our publishing engine, complete with a built-in news section so the firm can post updates and keep the site alive — all managed from the CRM without a developer.
The site presents the services clearly, is structured for local search across the areas they cover, and makes enquiring effortless with click-to-call and clear contact routes. The news section does double duty: it reassures customers that the business is active, and gives the site fresh content over time, which helps it stay visible.
As the firm grows, new pages, projects and updates go in from the CRM in minutes.
The results
Taylor & Sons now has a polished online presence that keeps customers informed and makes getting a quote effortless.
The news section keeps the site current and working, it’s built to rank for local building searches, and the whole thing is theirs to update — a website that reflects an active, trustworthy contractor rather than a firm frozen in time.
